Great Candy Run today at Wash Park here in Denver. Temp was great by 10 am, but the wind was gusting up to 25-35 mph and so fighting that headon for half of the race wasn't ideal. I warmed up for 2.5 miles, then ran the race. Felt okay despite a crappy week. Ended up winning my wave. Splits: 5:48, 5:45, 5:55, 5:50 avg for the run. Watch said 3.13 so probably accurate.

2.4 cool down.
