a evening 9 after work today, felt great and really pushed the pace in the middle of the run. tried to keep comfortable at the pace i was at. overall, a nice run! splits:

1- 6:52.4

2- 6:10.5

3- 6:11.4

4- 6:23.5

5- 6:17.5

6- 6:07.5 (38:02, 6:20 avg pace)

7- 6:17.9 (44:20, 6:20 avg pace)

8- 7:09.8

9- 7:15.2

TOTAL-- 58:45, 6:32 avg pace

middle 6 mile split from 2-7 was 37:28, 6:15 avg pace, a very decent average for that stretch and a nice tempo workout!

Very nice tempo run, that's not an easy pace to hold for 6 miles. Solid.
