7 in 49:13, 7:02 avg pace, a buddy asked today if I could run a race he had already signed up for next month. Its the DSM half marathon. I said yes, so one month to prepare, it will most likely be treated as a longer training run at a pace to be determined, but likely nowhere near my spring halves.

I just looked at the elevation profile...that's a fast course! Have you done it before?

it certainly is! It was actually my first ever half marathon in 2008. I wish I was in shape, but unfortunately, im just starting training again, so this will likely be a 1:30 effort..just a decent long run.
