Did mile repeats today. They hurt as I had a lot of GI issues. Almost made me stop the workout. splits: 1- 5:30.4 2- 6:07.3 (into the wind) 3- 5:43.6 last .5-- 3:02.5 (6:05 pace, into wind) Overall, a tough day, i was hurting for every bit of it and just did not feel comfortable.
