10 miles today. Weather was pretty good except for the wind made it cold at times. Pretty easy paced accept for the last mile when i kicked in a pretty decent pace and ended up running that last mile at the high end of my goal marathon pace. Splits:

1- 7:04.1

2- 7:27.0 (14:31, 7:15 pace)

3- 7:21.0

4- 7:10.5

5- 7:12.2 (36:14, 7:15 pace)

6- 7:08.0

7- 7:22.8

8- 7:38.6 (58:24, 7:18 pace)

9- 7:40.5

10- 6:49.0

TOTAL-- 1:12:53 (7:17 pace)

Overall, a pretty evenly split run again, at least through the first 7 miles. I did feel a little sluggish late in todays run and it shows in my latter mile splits. I felt good enough to close pretty well the last mile though.
