Felt really bad today running. Legs felt heavy, had GI issues the whole time which made it a very uncomfortable ride, just overall felt like crap. Splits were kind of uneven, i wasnt sure on the mile markers but here is a ROUGH break-down of them.

1- 7:20.4

2- 7:06.8

3- 7:26.8 (21:54, 7:18 avg)

4- 7:46.8

5- 7:53.8

6- 7:33.7 (45:08, 7:31 avg)

7- 7:09.3

8- 7:24.0

9- 7:23.5 (1:07:05, sub 7:30 avg)

10- 7:28.9

11- 7:51.9

last .5- 3:52

TOTAL--1:26:18 (7:29 avg pace)

Overall, I dont think Ive felt this bad for a while running. It was like a death march. Tomorrow is definitely a rest day, then back at it next week to put this one behind me.
