Vo2 max miles doesnt come close to describing the torture i put myself through today. Today's would classify as unbearable pain miles. did a 1/4 mile loop up the biggest, steepest hill in town today. did 8 ups hard, about 1:30 per 400 up the monster hill, with a jog down between each. so 4 miles of workout with 2 miles of intense uphill speed. So not too impressive to say 2 miles hard, but i probably got more out of that 2 miles uphill than most of my longer tempos. |
