no idea how far i ran tonight, i had a lot on my mind so i picked a mountain in the distance and ran until i reached the top of it, then turned around and came home. absolutely beautiful scenery up there, my legs will be sore tomorrow though, not use to such intense climb (and the subsequent downhill). i pegged tonight at 8.3 rough estimate, i ran for 1:06:16

Yea its very therapeutic. I definitely feel strong given that this is still the same week i ran my fastest half ever..maybe my next one in 2 weeks will be sub 1:19 or something crazy!! keep rocking as well!!
