really good run in the rain tonight. Started out pretty well and kept moving up. splits:

1- 6:42.2

2- 6:05. 1

3- 6:03.9

total-- 18:51, 6:17 avg pace, not bad for wearing heavy shoes and raining and just a few weeks in

finished with 2.25 more

Nice pace! Especially for being in the rain. I like running in the rain, but it's tough to get moving fast.
