treadmill tonight in the hopes of getting some quality speedwork in and avoiding wind or stomach problems. Still struggling to get solid speedwork completed though (specifically tempos), could be the amt of mileage this month. anyway first 2 miles was 12:19, could have kept going but had a nosebleed occuring, so stopped to take care of that, then did 1.25 in 6:07 pace, but abruptly stopped cuz I was feeling it in my legs, then did 1.25 at GMP during my cooldown. 8.5 total
