Did some repeat 400s on the track tonight. Hit 12 x 400, all between 75-79 seconds. Total time added up for the 3 miles was 15:38, or 5:12-5:13 pace. Did 75 second recovery between sets. Felt good, glad to know I can take an easier week like last week and still have some decent speed.
